Revising the Collegiate Personnel Plan

REVISIONS TO COLLEGIATE PERSONNEL PLANS

Colleges/campuses reviewing and revising their approved Collegiate Personnel Plans are to do so in consultation with faculty, instructional P&A employees, and appropriate administration. Once changes are approved at the college or coordinate campus level, the revised plan is to be sent to the Director, Human Resources Policy Development for initial review and consultation with the Vice President, Human Resources (VPHR). The VPHR will consult as appropriate, obtain necessary approvals, and communicate back to the college/campus.
