The Forms Development Toolkit was created to help you design efficient, attractive, user friendly, forms by using the new form standards and templates. It incorporates University publishing standards, field sizes compatible with PeopleSoft and facilitates disability access.

Thirty-two Environmental Health and Safety forms were added to the Forms Library as well as 20 related to financial aid.

June 2000

In October 1999, the Controller's Organization created a web page that contained all U financial forms on line. Since then the Controller's Organization has worked with Human Resources, Office of Information Technology, University Services and Sponsored Projects Administration to create a web site with all U-wide forms in one place. It will minimize the need for paper forms and help assure end users that they are using a current version. The forms in the library will progress from view/print to interactive ones that can update databases.

This project was funded by Carol Carrier, Bob Kvavik and Terry O'Connor.
